Reporting & appeals
How to report problems, follow a case, and request review of a moderation decision.
Raise a concern
Use Report a concern for suspected fraud, illegality, intellectual-property infringement, misleading claims, harassment, or unsafe activity involving a marketplace listing or campaign. Private campaign records can be reported only by authorized participants. For account access, privacy, billing, or legal requests that do not fit a marketplace target, use Contact Loudspace.
Describe what happened, identify the listing or order, and provide relevant dates and evidence. Avoid unrelated sensitive information. If someone is in immediate danger, contact emergency services first; Loudspace is not an emergency service.
Review and action
A submitted report receives a reference and enters the review queue; duplicate open reports may share a reference. Reviewers assess the available evidence, applicable policy version, parties’ explanations, and risk. We may request more information, preserve records, pause publication or a transfer, require changes, reject content, review a refund, restrict an account, or close a report with no action.
We record the outcome and reason. Information provided to either party may be limited to protect privacy, safety, legal obligations, or an investigation. Retaliation against a good-faith reporter is prohibited. Review timing depends on severity and the information required.
Appeals
The report-status page provides an appeal action when a decision is eligible. Explain the specific error and any new or overlooked evidence. An appeal creates a separate review record and does not automatically restore a listing, account, or payment. Repeated appeals without new information or abusive submissions may be closed. If you are directly affected but cannot access that action, submit the decision reference through Contact Loudspace, category “Legal or policy.”
Legal notices
Send copyright, trademark, privacy, regulatory, or other legal requests through the contact form, identifying the right or authority involved, the affected material, your relationship to it, and a way to reach you. We may request additional information required to process the notice. This general intake does not replace a legally prescribed method of service or eliminate any statutory right. Do not submit account passwords or full payment-card numbers.
