Loudspace operating policies
Asset safety policy
Minimum controls for proving authority, protecting people and property, and installing and removing advertising without creating a hazard.
Controls for every asset
- Verify the seller’s identity and current ownership or contractual control.
- Collect applicable permits, participant consent, operator authority, installer qualifications, and insurance evidence before activation.
- Define the exact placement, dimensions, material, installation method, inspection plan, stop-work conditions, removal method, and restoration responsibility.
- Do not cover required labels, visibility areas, exits, sensors, controls, accessibility features, or safety equipment.
- Expire approvals when supporting evidence expires or the asset, route, venue, operator, campaign, or creative changes.
Human and wearable placements
- Participants must be verified adults. Minors are never eligible as ad inventory.
- Consent must be specific to the campaign, placement, creative, dates, compensation, image-use rights, and removal process; it may be withdrawn before or during performance.
- Human placements must use lawful materials and methods appropriate to the person and placement. Temporary skin applications must follow the manufacturer’s directions. Any proposal involving a permanent or invasive procedure requires separate informed consent, appropriately qualified professionals, and evidence that all applicable requirements are met; a marketplace booking does not itself authorize that procedure.
- No intimate-body placement, humiliation, coercion, discriminatory targeting, sleep deprivation, dangerous stunt, or instruction that compromises health or dignity.
- A participant may stop work for safety or consent reasons without being forced to continue while a dispute is reviewed.
Vehicles and aircraft
Vehicles
Do not obscure license plates, lights, mirrors, windows, cameras, sensors, controls, safety markings, or driver visibility. Installation must be compatible with the surface and ordinary safe operation. A campaign may not require reckless driving, illegal parking, speeding, distraction, or an unauthorized route.
Aircraft
Require documented owner, operator, insurer, maintenance, installer, airport, and regulatory authority as applicable. Advertising may not cover registration or safety markings, interfere with inspection or airworthiness, alter weight and balance without approval, or promise a route or operation that the seller is not authorized to perform.
Property and digital inventory
Property, venues, and structures
Confirm ownership or landlord and venue authority, sign and zoning rules, permits, structural capacity, fire and egress requirements, electrical safety, accessibility, weather limits, installer access, and restoration obligations.
Websites, apps, domains, and accounts
Verify control, traffic methodology, platform terms, placement labels, privacy and consent requirements, brand-safety restrictions, and malware-free destinations. Do not sell credentials, personal data, deceptive redirects, or inventory obtained through bots or unauthorized access.
Incidents and removal
Pause work immediately when consent is withdrawn, authority or insurance lapses, a regulator or owner objects, the installation becomes unsafe, or the delivered creative differs from approval. Preserve relevant evidence, protect people first, notify affected participants through the platform, and follow the documented removal and restoration plan.
